Conclave is quickly approaching! Please read below for the latest information!
Conclave Travel and Carpooling:
Lodges are asked to plan on arriving to Camp Yawgoog between 5:00 and 7:30pm. Lodge Chiefs and Advisers should have a full Lodge Roster of all attendees separated by Youth (under 18), Youth+ (18-21) and Adults (21+) along with a full medical form. Our evening show will start promptly at 8:00, so please try your best to arrive before 7:30. Any questions regarding Conclave arrival should be directed towards Service Lodge Coordinator Rich Fredericks at coordinator@ne1oa.org

Carpooling is highly recommended, and any lodges wishing to carpool with other members from Section NE-1 should contact Section Secretary Zach Rellstab at secretary@ne1oa.org

Health and Safety:
Any individuals attending Conclave who are in need of any special dietary (vegetarian, gluten free, etc) or general health needs (especially regarding housing/ sleeping arrangements) should contact Service Lodge Adviser Bob Sirhal at coordinator@ne1oa.org
